Another job wrapped up!
Completed a retaining wall with a dry-stone boundary wall above it here in the beautiful Peak District. The customers will be bedding the flags on top of the retaining wall once they’ve decided which ones they want.

All stone was sourced locally, keeping everything in character with the surroundings and supporting local suppliers.

Proud of how this one turned out! 🪨 ⚒️

Plenty of progress over the past few months! 💪

We’ve been busy out in the Derbyshire countryside rebuilding and repairing some beautiful limestone drystone walls — keeping the local landscape looking just as it should. From long days in the fields to perfecting those final top stones.

The big news… we’ve added a new digger to the lineup! ✅That’s made shifting stone and prepping sites a whole lot quicker — meaning more time spent on the craft itself (and a few less sore backs at the end of the day 😅).

Always satisfying to see the walls taking shape again, piece by piece. Here’s to more steady progress and strong walls ahead!

A section of drystone wall in Hayfield was damaged by a fallen tree. The gap has now been repaired using local gritstone. 🌳⚒️🪨
