BGB were Invited by Trojan Garage Equipment Services to rectify an issue at Oxford Bus Company. Their existing commercial play detectors on their test lane had flooded making them inoperable & in need of replacement.

Our team installed a pair of BM53000 commercial play detector foundation frames, with gravity drainage to individual sump pump stations. A new pair of Luminoscope inground headlamp aligner rails were also installed, followed by all necessary electrical & engineering works.

BGB in collaboration with Jon Dixon @ Phoenix Equipment recently completed the installation of an approved Tachograph Lane within an existing DVSA - ATF facility.
The majority of the project was completed out of hours as downtime was a critical factor for the client.
The works included Installing an additional BM14200 CBT, a pair of BM53000 Commercial Play Detectors & a pair of heavy duty Commercial Radius Plates; along with all the necessary Three Phase electrical works & commissioning.

Workshop/Floor Slab Replacement

BGB were approached earlier this year to consult, advise & then to recommend a suitable replacement solution for a defective vehicle workshop floor within the training facility at North Kent College - Gravesend.
These works were executed & completed during the clients tight summer shut down period.

We recently attended the opening of the Northern Commercials new vehicle PDI centre in Stourton Leeds.

Our sincere thanks goes out to the entire Northern Commercials management team for entrusting BGB to deliver this turnkey project, in particular Andy Gibbons who project managed the entire build from its inception.

Bespoke GB were recently Invited by Bullworthy to create a class IV ATL within an existing Valet & Service Bay for Cambridge AUDI.

BGB supplied & installed one of our class IV ATL Vehicle Inspection Pit packages. We also carried out all the necessary structural alterations to the main entrance shutter door to ensure minimum height compliance was achieved.

A recently completed project at the Northern Commercials Tonbridge depot. Our aspect of works were programmed in to be carried out to run concurrently with the entire refurbishment of this site.

* Two clear phases of works were scheduled to enable our client to continue their operations at a reduced capacity.
* A BGB Civil Engineering team were deployed to carry out all major preparatory works.
* 180 Tonnes of defective floor screed & concrete subfloors were excavated & removed from site.
* The existing Tacho Bay was fully refurbished.
* Galvanised steel detailing was designed, manufactured & installed throughout the building.
* 1466m2 of pump screed was installed in varying thicknesses.
* A 9mm thick polyurethane screed system was then installed, including all hazard detailing & demarcation lines.

Thank you to everyone involved in this project, particularly to the BGB project management team who worked tirelessly to keep things running smoothly & on schedule.
