Newly installed 5kw Ariston Heat pump through BUS (Boiler Upgrade scheme) which entitled the customer to a £9000 government contribution, due to her existing old oil boiler, being beyond cost effective to repair, which will ultimately reduce her bills, as well as the carbon footprint, not to mention eradicating the oily smells that accompany an oil burning appliance.
Coupled up to a combined unvented cylinder & buffer tank.
