After working my way from labourer to general builder to project manager over the years, in 2018 I finally decided to take the plunge and set up Stephen Hailey Building Services. Over the years I've worked on everything from barn conversions, to new builds, to loft conversions, flats and pubs. I have a love of old buildings in particular and get great satisfaction from restoring them to their form

er glory. Whatever project I'm working on, for me it's about transforming something that's dilapidated and falling apart into something that's living and beautiful again.
