It's been a busy year to date boilers going in for people all over, landlords inspections and servicing.
It will be getting colder soon please make sure your boilers serviced before the breakdown rush starts because during winter people with no heating and hot water will need to take priority. We hate to disappoint people not being able to fit them in for a service and endeavour to encourage people to have their appliances serviced before the cold starts to avoid this.

Thank you once again for your custom this year 🙏 No Pictures to include this time there's only so many times I can post a picture of a boiler before they all look the same.

Another week and another customer letting us down with no phone call to let us know.
We have two working days left this year and need everyone to be in so we can help as many people with no heat etc before Xmas as possible please call us if your not going to be in.

So at this time of year its a time when people need Heating and hot water and are struggling to get a new cooker fitted for cooking at Christmas. Over the past 2 days 2 lovely people made appointments for cookers to be fitted and when we turned up said they had been done.
If your making an appointment please stick to it or have the courtesy to ring and cancel. That's 2 other customers we haven't been able to get to this week because of this.

Frozen condensate pipe due to cold weather?

Consider a trace heater. This clips to the pipe outside, it has a sensor which heats up the pipe once it drops below 5 degrees outside.
Alongside lagging on the pipe it stops all those cold weather breakdowns.
It simply wires in to the boiler.
