Another one! If you’re looking for a garden room / out building / home office or gym look no further.
Here we have a lovely build completed in time for Christmas with a strict deadline and another happy client.
This build is 3m x 4.5m at the back and 4m at the front to maximise space and suit the existing garden, no wasted space. From ground works up we do it all. We have installed a big set of French doors to the front with a window on the side to allow extra natural light and ventilation. External lights in the soffit with two wall lights on the side. Finished externally with an epdm rubber roof and hardie board cladding to give this lovely finish. Internals are fully plastered and painted, laminate flooring layed and skirting boards around making it feel like a room inside your home and built to last the test of time and all weathers.

Here we have a flat roof we completed just in time for Christmas.
Full timber work completed using 6x2 for the rafters and ledger board, with 4x2s for wall plates. Firrings on top to give us our fall for the water, with osb above and finished with an epdm rubber roof system in 1 full piece, allowing peace of mind there will never be a leak. Fascia to surround the garage for that lovely new look finish ✅

A lovely garden renovation we completed this week, using sleepers to create the level change to the new turf garden and flower beds along with a concrete base ready for customers shed. 600 x 900 porcelain slabs laid for the new patio with a nice wide step built in. No more sloped bumpy garden and what a difference! ☑️
