Each tool is customised to suit the customer's specific rod diameter requirements. The tool is typically configured for 90° bends and is capable of forming a wide range of materials, including steel, stainless steel, and other rod types. Whilst the punch and die are contoured to allow for bending of the rod, on the front of the die we incorporate part gauging to allow for bending on the same plane.
