It doesn’t get much better than an independent, non-governmental organisation that brings global experts together to decide the best ways for organisations to operate.
This is what the ISO (International Organization for Standardization) was founded to do, and has continued to do ever since 1947.
These standards apply to all sorts of industries and organisations, from product creation to process management.
The purpose of the ISO is to make processes and systems safer, easier, and better - values which are directly aligned with ours here at RACS Industrial.
For this reason, we committed to maintaining our ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications.
ISO 9001:
The ISO 9001 standard is all about quality management, and more specifically, Quality Management Systems within an organisation (QMS).
It covers:
- Customer Expectations: at RACS, we want our customers to feel valued, that we are transparent with them, and that they are a priority.
- Commitment to Quality: at RACS, we ensure our safety methods are always the highest standard, sites are well maintained by our team, we use the right tools, equipment, and systems to ensure the excellent quality of service specified in ISO 9001.
- QMS: in the words of the ISO, we must 'establish, implement, maintain and continually improve a quality management system'.
Implementing ISO 9001 also means that our staff members are all trained to deliver effective processes each time they work on a project, so all RACS team members are completely aligned and committed to the ISO, too.
Follow along to hear more about the ISO certificates and the values we bring to each project we work on.
