Really good progress on the site lately, with all utilities now fully installed ✅

Staircases are in and the stud work is up — now moving onto 1st-fix electrics and plumbing.

These properties will be hitting the market soon, with completion due February 2026.

Well that’s it tools down for 2023 but 2024 is looking very exciting, we have recently purchased a plot of land with full planning permission for a pair of semi detached houses, we can’t wait to get stuck in next year 👷🏻‍♂️🏠
