As an experienced and responsible building company we are very aware of the damage that rogue builders do to the reputation of the construction industry as well as to the properties they work on and clients they work for.

The Government have recently announced a proposal to address the issue of rogue builders. It's a step in the right direction to protect clients and the industry as a whole.

Showing the transformation from exposed beam to finished perfection - how great does that look?

There are many advantages to opening up a wall in a home. Often it’s to create a larger room but it’s also a great way to share light, make a space more functional and give your home a better flow.

With the consultation, advice and calculations of our Structural Engineer (absolutely essential for removing walls and structural support in any project) we removed the existing wall and installed a steel beam.

This then opened up the two rooms to each other and with large bifold doors leading to the patio made a large, light and airy living space overlooking the garden. What’s not to love? 💙
