My girls are now 2 and 4.

They love their Barbies (yes, including the one with the pooing dog. If you know, you know) but they love their play tool bag and construction toys just as much.

Only 2% of the UK trades workforce is female. Not because women can’t do it. Because for decades, it simply wasn’t put in front of them as an option.

Small choices. Big change.

Yesterday, the BuildHers team was invited to Weston College to meet Level 2 female students studying Carpentry, Plastering and Bricklaying. It was great to meet such ambitious young women about to enter the trades - let’s see how we can support them!👩‍🔧
