Ivy had took over the house .. also been patched so many times so full hack off needed / waste removed

Another one finished for the year on kings way kirkby in Ashfield .. this one is a Jhonstones 90mm EWI .. high performance base coat .. followed by a 1.5mm thin coat silicon in .. Calum and dewberry.

Not posted in a while .. we have been literally flat out with render and plastering jobs and still got a few big ones to go before Christmas…
Here’s one we finished last month in Warsop
Original spa and dash render, white pvc windows gave the house a dated look ..
•Full hack off and prep
•Dub out coat to square everything up
•Mesh coat
•Sponge coat
•beaded up all brick details to be rendered in graphite gray
•Followed by Jhonstones 1.5 silicon top coat in chalky
Then the client finished off by having the windows sprayed anthracite Gray .
