From Old Barn to Dream Garden Room! 🤩

This is a recent job we wrapped up, and it's been one of our most enjoyable projects to date: transforming an old, disused barn into a stunning new poolside garden room! This was a true passion project for us, and seeing the vision come to life was incredibly satisfying.

Every step of the way, from the initial designs to the final touches, was a joy. We loved blending the rustic charm of the original barn with a fresh, contemporary feel to create a truly unique space. And the best part? Our clients were absolutely fantastic to work with! Their enthusiasm and clear vision made the whole process a dream.

We're so proud of the result – a bright, inviting garden room that's perfect for relaxing by the pool. We can already imagine the summer days and evenings that will be spent in this beautiful space!

A lovely couple paid to have a decorator strip the lining paper off the ceiling in one of their bedrooms.

Lo and behold the lining paper was hiding a much more sinister looking problem the ceiling and frieze were in a pretty sorry state.

The decorator passed on our details and we went to investigate, we advised the random directions of the cracks would indicate to us that this was a lath and plaster ceiling, and that we would need to ensure the ceiling was still solid, and no plaster had delaminated form the lathes.

Great news for our client, the ceiling and frieze was solid all over, therefore a simple mesh up, glue up, skim up was required and we fitted the job in as soon as we could.

The clients were over the moon with their new ceiling and frieze and could then continue with their decorating plans.
