The decoration finishes is one of the most important elements to a fit-out project. 💡

Lighting can really make a room from a dramatic chandelier to a little accent light.

The project had a number of difficulties due to the extent of the work required to the building with no real delivery or storage areas. Nonetheless, with extensive planning and a relentless attitude, the project was delivered on time and on budget.

Full refurb to a spa, restaurant and reception area for our client in Colchester.

Works were carried out over an 8 month period and were coordinated during evenings to ensure that the Spa could operate uninterrupted for the duration of the project.

A great well done to all the team at Magnar Group who pulled out all the stops to get it over the line on time and with a high quality finish.
