Project Complete – McDonald’s, Nottingham

We’ve recently completed the civils and paving package for a new McDonald’s restaurant in Nottingham for Faircloth construction.
A key challenge on this project was the diversion of a 4-metre deep public sewer, all while keeping the surrounding retail park fully operational. Careful planning and close coordination allowed us to carry out the works safely and efficiently with minimal disruption.
Despite a very tight programme, the project was delivered on time, demonstrating the commitment and teamwork of everyone involved.
Well done to the entire site team for another successful delivery.

Stopped at Basildon today — great to see Wendy’s up and running! We carried out the groundworks package on this project for Faircloth Construction. We were working to a tight programme but still delivered on time.

Here we have some photos of a project we recently completed in Mayland. The works we carried out consisted of Demolition of existing dwelling and out buildings, New foundation ring beam, Drainage, Block & Beam floor and Services. Rascasse is all finished for now and handed back to the client. We got some great comments on how clean the site was left.

Finally after a 3 month delay due to bats and house martins we have finally had the all clear at Shimiran, Danbury. With the demo complete we will be starting foundations on Monday.

New job starting this week at Northlands primary school. We are extending the school nursery, the works consist of, piled ring beam, drainage, block and beam floor and a new rubberised granular wet pour play area. All our team are DBS checked.
