What a transformation!

From tired, rotten timber cladding to a bright, modern and low-maintenance finish.

I recently worked on this refurbishment, managing the cladding installation while carrying out the works. This included:

* Removing the existing timber cladding back to the plasterboard
* Installing new insulation
* Fitting fire-rated boarding
* Installing new battens and counter battens
* Installing Cedral Click cladding
* Fitting new fascia boards
* Installing new window cill extensions

Despite some challenging weather conditions, we kept the project moving and maintained a high standard of workmanship throughout.

It’s always rewarding to see the finished result after such a significant transformation. On to the next project.

Back on site to continue this commercial carpentry project now that the plastering has been completed.

The second fix carpentry is now well underway, with oak fire doors, architraves and skirting boards being installed. The oak fire doors look fantastic throughout the office space, giving it a clean, professional finish while meeting the required fire safety standards.
