This one in Portstewart was a bit different — the old handrail was looking really dated and rather than just swap it for another one, we replaced it with a full height, slatted timber divider instead. Completely changes the feel of the space.
Sometimes a small change in approach makes a big difference to the end result.

Not the most glamorous job, but one that makes a real difference 👌

Topped up the insulation in this loft to bring it up to standard — helps keep the heat in and the bills down.

A lot of lofts I go into are either under-insulated or patchy like this one was, so it’s always worth checking what you’ve got up there.

If your house is struggling to stay warm, this is usually one of the easiest wins 👍
