☀️Following on from my last post about the couple who were left £25k down……. 😎

We’re now nearing the end of putting things right. ✅

Part of this project involved the full deconstruction of a loft dormer that had been built incorrectly it wasn’t safe, had already caused damage to the property, and didn’t comply with local planning authority requirements. ⛔️

That all had to be carefully taken down and rectified before we could move forward properly

The roof is now back to a compliant standard, in line with council requirements, and most importantly the property is secure again and protected from the elements.

What started as a stressful situation for the client is now being turned around the right way with proper processes, attention to detail, and no corners cut.

Back where we belong.

This isn’t just about football it’s about a city that’s been written off time and time again, yet always finds a way to rise again.

Through the ups, the downs, the near misses… we’ve stuck with it

WERE BACK !! PUSB 🩵🩵🩵

🚨 HOMEOWNER LET DOWN £25,000 GONE!!🚨

We were called in after a client had already spent £25,000… and been left with this 👇

❌ No Building Control
❌ No Planning Permission
❌ No Drawings
❌ Unsafe, non-compliant work

Local authority got involved…
👉 Everything had to come down.

We stepped in 💪

🤝 Brought in our architectural partners
🔍 Explored every option (none were viable)
🚧 Took over the site
🚧 Demolished safely
🚧 Cleared all waste

Now it’s:
✔ Safe
✔ Clean
✔ Ready to be put back properly

⚠️ This is happening too often… cheap work costs more in the end.
