Tomorrow morning the Starship window opens.

Booster 21 and Ship 41 are wet-dressed and stacked on Pad 2 for Flight 14 — the first planned orbital attempt, carrying twenty-six operational Starlink V3 satellites. Wet dress finished Thursday. The clock points at Monday. Paperwork and the deorbit-redundancy gate still hold a veto.

Sunday’s question is simple. Does Flight 14 leave as Earth’s first Starship orbit with real Starlink freight — or do those two gates still own the day?

Tesla just turned the old Model S and Model X bay into an Optimus line.

Overnight reporting says several hundred humanoid robots a week are already coming off that floor at Fremont. Hands still finished by people. Brains that still need days to learn a basic job. Musk calls it the biggest product ever — and one of the hardest things to solve.

Saturday’s question is simple. Is the factory racing ahead of the brain — or feeding it?

Day after Sparks: Tesla says volume Semi deliveries started this week, and named fleets walked the stage — PepsiCo, US Foods, DHL, Einride and more.

What stayed closed: official pricing, and a spoken weekly rate. Waiting list called “significant.” Factory ceiling still fifty thousand a year once fully ramped. Ribbon answered halfway.

Starlink's Next Chapter: Flight 14 Points at Orbit. Section 214 Opens the Paper Door.

Two receipts, same week. SpaceX put first-orbit Starship with 26 Starlink V3 on the calendar as soon as Mon 28 Sep 2026 — pending regulatory, NOT flown — and holds U.S. international Section 214 carrier paper (DA-26-998 / T260050, Date of Action 17 Sep) for cross-border sessions. That is pad calendar plus paper certificate. It is NOT Starlink Mobile live worldwide, not a price list, and not automatic foreign retail licences.

Falcon kept the bassline: Starlink Group 15-27 lofted 27 sats from Vandenberg on 19 Sep local (81st Starlink of 2026 per Space.com).

The FCC just handed SpaceX the U.S. international carrier paper for cross-border telecom — DA-26-998 / T260050, Date of Action 17 Sep 2026.

That is enabling authority for Space Exploration Holdings as a global facilities-based and resale common carrier. It is not “Starlink Mobile live worldwide,” not a price list, and not automatic foreign retail licences. Partner demos in Japan (au/KDDI V2) and Italy (FASTWEB trial) are moving the product story; they are not this notice.

Starship Flight 14 Aims for First Earth Orbit With 26 Starlink V3s as Soon as 28 September

SpaceX’s live Flight 14 page now targets as soon as Monday 28 September 2026, pending regulatory approval — not the stale 22 September secondary headlines. Window: 75 minutes from 7:15 a.m. CT (08:15–09:30 ET). First planned Earth orbit after 13 suborbital flights; ~275 km, ~six orbits, ~10 hours; Ship splashdown west of Chile; Super Heavy offshore Gulf of America (no tower catch this flight).

Payload: 26 Starlink V3s into the constellation — company claim 1 Tbps each / 26 Tbps this mission / ~10× a Falcon 9 V2 mini load. Insertion only after a deorbit-redundancy check. First tile reuse: Ship 40 → Ship 41.

Tesla and SpaceX Sue Over the Terafab Name Days After “Build Terafab or Fail to Scale”

Tesla, SpaceX and SpaceXAI have filed in Austin federal court for a declaratory judgment that their planned Terafab chip-plant name does not infringe Illinois firm TERA-print’s “Tera-Fab” mark. Case: W.D. Tex. 1:26-cv-02543. Reuters, 16 Sep 2026.

Days after Musk framed the plant as “build Terafab or fail to scale,” the complaint says no reasonable consumer confuses a chip factory with desktop pen lithography. TERA-print claims settlement talks and says it was “misled” — their statement, not a court finding. This is a name fight, not a plant shutdown.
