I offer The Home Buyers Survey, which is a survey that is suitable for all property types as it includes a full inspection and a comprehensive report, and also the Building Survey (often referred to as a Full or Structural Survey) which is the highest level of non-invasive survey that surveyors usually carry out during the home-buying process. It is suitable for all properties but is often most applicable for older or more unusual properties, or properties where problems are suspected. Both surveys are a full and rigorous inspection of the property, which means I open every window, run every tap, and crawl around in spider infested loft spaces. My unique selling point is my knowledge of damp and timber related problems. I am deemed to be an expert in this area, and am able to give a full diagnosis and, in the case of the building survey, a description of the works required.
