We had a few reports of the password reset emails not going out to customers via the website, and after a bit of digging into the details, I found that some of the other email functions were not working as advertised - good news is that I have updated the emails to work directly with the Office 365 service and everything is back up and running as it should be - apologies for any inconvenience caused.

OK Here we have a mint condition Mandalorian Pro pinball machine from Stern Pinball

The game was purchased new from Electrocoin and was fitted with the following:

External Mount RJ45 Connector (Rear Backbox) to allow for wired Insider Connected link (also has wifi adapter)
Coin Acceptor – NRI (£75+VAT if required)
Nayax Card Reader – Onyx (wired into coin 6 with our very own harness – also available in the store) (£275+VAT if required and we can set you up with a processing sub-account or individual processing account with Nayax)
The machine was operated at one location and then put back into the workshop along with a number of other machines that will be listed in the store over the coming weeks.

Total paid credits (on site) – 745
Total Balls Played – 2785
Total Games Played – 892 (and given that this was a new location where people have never played before, it has not seen any wear and tear)
Item is in the workshop and available to view/test by appointment – new balls will be shipped with the game



As this is a large item, and prices can vary – please get in touch for a shipping quote – next day pallet is usually around £70 plus VAT at the moment to most mainland UK locations – Highlands, NI, Islands etc are more, but there is always an option to collect or use Martin. If you are somewhere around the NE or N Yorks, then I may be able to deliver and assist with the installation. Further afield this can be arranged but please check first.

I had a bit of space and bought some for myself - now I need them out of the warehouse as we have new product lines to take up the space :)

Had these out on the beach at Blyth, and on Coniston - great fun

OK - firstly apologies as it has been an age since I had time to get to social media posting, for all the right reasons though - there has been a lot going on.

Working on 2 NPD/NPI projects for a client - both edge devices with cellular links to a proprietary backend system - can probably start looking at some opportunities for Technical Project Management workstreams towards the end of this year.

We've added some extra product development and testing facilities at Cramlington with a couple of new 3D printers, one temperature chamber, and a wide range Temperature & Humidity Chamber (the latter already booked out for the next 4 months - get your pre-compliance bids in early). The T&H Chamber is UKAS Calibrated and we can perform functional testing and will provide a full report, so you can use it for your declarations too.

New products - well.... 100 to add to the store this month following extensive testing, with a large number of new SKUs from FNIRSI and Weipu - our strongest ranges.

Also to hit the store will be a number of Stern Pinball Pro models with low plays in excellent to mint condition - will cross post on here too with links to the store.
