A big transformation underway on this driveway!

✅ Dug out to the correct depths

✅ Type 3 reduced-fines MOT installed and compacted

✅ 2 recessed manhole covers installed for a clean, flush finish

✅ Tobermore Sienna in Graphite used for the border

✅ Handed back to local contractor to complete resin bound surface

From an empty site to concrete slab ready for the next phase of construction.

This project included:
✅ Reduced dig
✅ MOT Type 1 sub-base installed and compacted
✅ Sand blinding layer
✅ Damp proof membrane (DPM)
✅ Rigid insulation installation
✅ Second DPM layer
✅ Concrete slab poured and screeded
✅ Signed off
