Back through to Rothienorman carrying out more restoration work for these returning customers 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

This project involved carefully removing the old failed rendering, grit blasting the stonework back to a clean natural finish, and fully repointing in traditional lime mortar to keep the stonework breathable and in keeping with the original character of the building.

We replaced a damaged chimney crown with hand-carved sandstone tops, along with 3 new stones fitted into a separate chimney.

The customer was so pleased with the quality of the work that we’re now going ahead with replacing the crowns on all 3 chimneys, plus a few more stone replacements 👌🏻
