First time visiting and really impressed with the organisation, selection of exhibits and overall layout and feel of the show.

Sun is out again so time for another look around 👀

Roadruns always provide a great atmosphere, especially as it allows the public to get up close with the exhibits and their owners 👍

Wow what a weekend that was at Chester-Le-Street Steam and Vintage Fair !

Just a small selection of photos taken over a very warm weekend. 🌞

As always a large selection of full size and miniature steamers on display, with a good number in attendance from our club.

It was great to see so many exhibitors taking advantage of the playpen and the wide selection of haulage trailers which were made available by the organisers. Fair to say this was a big draw for the public and exhibitors a like 👀

Also huge thanks to the organisers and their team of helpers for another season highlight!👍

📍Our friends over at Thorpe Light Railway are having their next open day this Sunday 21st June.

If you have not been before it is highly recommended, especially if you have children.

Where else can you take the family out for the afternoon for a very reasonable entrance fee, which includes unlimited train rides.🚂

Oh and remember take your picnic blanket and enjoy refreshments by Millie Moo’s Roasts ☕️🥪🍪

Not miniature road locomotive related, or even steam related for that matter, however we had a great weekend spent at Tractorfest at Newby Hall & Gardens

If you have never been before there is such a wide array of exhibits, including, as you may have guessed a lot of tractors! 🚜 🚜 🚜

Only a small selection of photos taken over the weekend due to spending so much time enjoying the show, along with exploring the magnificent gardens and miniature railway 🛤

Well what a scorcher that bank holiday has been.🌞

Our club members have been busy attending a number of organised shows along with those enjoying their own steam ups and road runs at home avoiding the crowds.
