Today, we're proud to celebrate 8 years of John Francis MEP Limited.

What started as a ‘hit and hope’ 8 years ago has grown into a business built on strong relationships, technical expertise and a commitment to delivering quality across every project.

Over the years, we've had the privilege of working with exceptional clients, consultants, contractors and industry supply chain, as well as building a dedicated team that shares our values and drive for making the design process better. Every project, challenge and opportunity has contributed to shaping who we are today.

A sincere thank you to everyone who has supported us on this journey. Your trust, collaboration, and continued partnership have been instrumental in our growth.

At the heart of what we do is collaboration 👏

We’re a dynamic multi-disciplinary consultancy delivering quality professional expertise across a wide range of sectors, supporting projects from early-stage design right through to delivery.

While our history has been rooted in supporting MEP design and delivery through RIBA Stages 4–5 alongside mechanical and electrical contractors, we also work closely with developers and PCSA contractors from as early as Stage 2.

We believe this hands-on experience across multiple stages of a project is what makes us different.

It was brilliant to step away from the day-to-day, connect with others across the industry, and take in so many inspiring ideas and conversations.

One of the standout moments was an insightful talk around diversity in the workplace and the importance of creating environments where everyone feels supported, included, and able to thrive.

Days like this are a great reminder of how valuable fresh perspectives and shared experiences can be, both professionally and personally.

Big news from John Francis MEP… we’ve moved! 🚚🎉

After plenty of coffee, boxes, and teamwork, we’re officially settled into our new office:

This is a massive step for us as a company and something we’re really proud of. Huge thanks to everyone who’s supported us along the way, clients, suppliers, friends, and our amazing team.

Ensuring reliable power starts with getting the fundamentals right ⚡️

For this project, the focus is on accurately sizing a generator to support a manufacturing facility and maintain a consistent power supply. Alongside this, we’ll be implementing a transfer switch setup and carrying out a full load analysis to determine the building’s total electrical demand.

Working in collaboration with Quadrant Group, this project highlights the importance of detailed planning and the right systems in place to keep operations running smoothly.
