RETRO LOOKBACK

Quite a unique one this as it is not the normal house build, extension etc.

This was bridge we erected on a property in Breadsall to connect the clients garden which was seperated by a stream.

Two 6m lengths of steel were installed with oak treads fitted and a timber handrail. In addition, we dug a 50m trench from the client's property to the bridge to lay an electric cable for lights to be added at a later date.

We love carrying out one off projects like this!

Our client is turning a small area of their loft into an office space. It was a great idea of theirs and something that is going to be perfect in what would normally be an unused area in the house.

However, their was a minor issue as to what desk, style and size, they could use in this compact room.

RETRO LOOKBACK

This is a stunning project we completed in Newton Solney.

The existing property was fully gutted internally and a single storey extension was added to the rear. Following the internal layout changes, the house was completed modernised with high-end fixture and fittings.

Externally, all the existing windows were replaced and the whole house was rendered giving it a sleek, clean look. The was also a considerable landscaping scheme at the rear with raised patio laid and numerous large trees removed.

A real stand out property in the area.

The kitchen/dining alteration project in Allestree is fast approaching its conclusion.

Over the next couple of weeks the decoration will be carried out, a kitchen window shall be replaced, the kitchen sink shall have a tiled splashback, the electrical & plumbing second fix shall be completed and the flooring shall be laid.

We have a handover meeting with the client booked in for 12th November where the final product photos will be ready for you all to see!
