Day 260,

Approaching the end of this project, just a couple of electrical and plumbing bit, then the final tests inspections and finally the flooring to go down.

We've enjoyed this project, its been a challenging one with the planning and architecture side of things but once we sorted a couple of design changes out it was pretty plain sailing from there.

Outside of the property is finished with 9" garden walls, 20mm thick Sandstone slabs, air sorce heat pumps installed along with air conditioning, deep flow stainless steel seamless guttering and downpipes finished
