Here’s phase 2 of the job we’re currently working on in Trawsfynydd.

So far we’ve completely gutted and stripped down the existing building and demolished some parts of the house which was falling apart.
We’ve then dug out the footings and built the new extensions up to wallplate level and erected a new cutroof to complete and seal the house.
Now on to the slating!

We’ll keep you updated on the rest of the build👷🏼‍♂️🪚🔨✅

Phase 1 completed a few months back on a job we’ve been working on in Trawsfynydd. Old structure demolished and rebuilt to architect’s specifications, including batbox on the gablend.✅
Last few months we’ve been working on phase 2 on this job, so keep your eyes peeled for the progress pictures on phase 2! 👀👷🏼‍♂️

New garage we completed in Dolgellau!👷🏼‍♂️🧱

Pictures from start to finish - Taking down old pre-fab garage and dig up old foundations to laying new foundation and building a new fully insulated garage with new electric roller shutter door and matching pedestrian door in black.

Customer was very happy😃

Work completed at Capel Cwm Nantcol last week. Re-roof, re-point, new fascia/barge boards and guttering on the outside. Inside, we replaced the old celling with new joists, boarded, plastered and painted to finish off! ✅👷🏼‍♂️
