Another successful commercial refurbishment completed for Abi Hookway, transforming one unit into two separate commercial spaces.
Works included:
✅ Damp proofing & tanking
✅ Full rewire
✅ New fire alarm & emergency lighting
✅ New kitchenette/staff area
✅ New WC facilities
✅ Bespoke staircase installation
✅ Fire door installation
✅ Suspended ceilings
✅ Self-levelling of all floors
✅ Full decoration throughout
One of the toughest parts of the project was building up the rear elevation, requiring over 3m³ of concrete to be hand-balled and laid by hand due to restricted access. A real test of teamwork and determination! 💪
The project has now been fully completed and signed off, achieving full compliance with all relevant building and fire safety regulations.
