It’s been a little quiet on here — but behind the scenes it’s been all go! 💪

We’ve been fully operational and extremely busy delivering projects, with some fantastic completions we can’t wait to share.

We’ve also got some exciting new projects in the pipeline and a few changes coming that will let us post more photos and day-to-day progress updates.

With 2024 coming to a great end I would like to take this time to thank all my customers of new and old for their continued support and commitment. We end the year on a great high achieving our best year to date but this would not of been possible without our fantastic colleagues and friends who produce all the great work.

Recent job completed in Doncaster frenchgate shopping centre for toyland toyshop!

The shop had suffered a motor failure on the door which resulted in a contractor pulling the ceiling down.

- New MF struts and hangers
- 2 x new access hatches
- Fresh plasterboard with tape and joint
- Lights and cameras reinstalled
- Fresh paint

All works completed in the day with no mess or disruption to the shops operating hours

Happy New year and with that some new exciting changes for us…

As time progresses and the business begins to grow to another level, I feel a change is needed. Some of you may know that back in August 2022 the business partnership of BLT came to a mutual ending but the name remained to support ongoing projects, relationships and growth.

Now feeling established enough to make a name change to suit to sole ownership of the company, I am so excited to launch my new name and brand TMG ‘The Meadow Group’

TMG will now be an umbrella of companies including - Renovations, Property and Project Management, in both the domestic and commercial industries.

Please be assured we are still the same great team with the same top standards and the same incredible end results, we just no longer will be known as a famous sandwich 🥪

I would really appreciate if anyone could share our news for us and join me on this new exciting chapter.

Just another bit of BLT Magic🪄

We have just completed our second renovation for the same landlord, on the same street - only 3 doors away!

This property unfortunately experienced some be extreme vandalism whilst derelict, all cables stolen, all copper stolen, windows smashed and there was 6 inches of water below the ground floor sub structure! 💧🔨

We completed:
- A full strip back to brick
- We removed sub deck and pumped out water
- Tankin and damp treatment to ground floor
- New floor joists and cabre deck
- A full re wire
- A full new heating and water system
- A load bearing wall removal
- New windows and upvc doors
- A full re-skim
- A new bathroom
- A new kitchen supply and fit
- New doors, skirting and ark’s throughout
- New flooring throughout
- Gardens cleared with new gates
- Loft clearance and insulation
- A new rubber roof to bay window
