Throwing it back to the start of august with this one (yes, thats how slack ive been on socials🙈)

A nice little kitchen refurb, got so keen with refurbing that I forgot to take before photos, the space has totally transformed with the old dividing wall in the middle being removed and side window bricked up!

Only a small one this with customer deciding on free standing appliances. However, as always at JLP we take on all jobs big or small!

Been a while since posting on here so heres another job we've been on with! Had the pleasure of joisting this one a month or so back however forgot to take photos, now got it roofed in this weekend!
Going to make for a lovely house is this, now waiting for it to be tiled in before moving on to the first fix.

2 more working days and then off for 3 week while I get married! Any messages will be picked up in due course so please be patient!

Been very quiet on here recently, been busy cracking on with work and life, expecting our new arrival to the family very soon and not had alot of time to post stuff on the page!

With that said, heres a quick look at a media wall recently completed, all that is left to complete this job is adjustments and handles to cupboard doors, brick effect tiling behind fire and a good lick of paint👌
Smart job if I do say so myself!

WHAT A TRANSFORMATION!👌

A weeks work taking this old tired kitchen and turning it into the spectacular, modern and more usable space it is now! Fully 'back to brick' with this room to achieve the desired finish!
Odd bits to finish off being 2nd fix electrics, splashback to hob wall, missing fridge freezer unit to fit, new back door and finally flooring!
Close to the heart this one and fully enjoyed it!

First job of the year started this saturday!,

Complete rip out of this old kitchen taking it completely back to stud and ripping down the existing ceiling ready for new studwork, electrics and plumbing.
Sometimes starting from scratch is the best option, the finish of this room newly plastered will be a damn site neater and much more appealing! The kind of finish simply not attainable by trying to patch stuff up!
Ultimately, this will achieve a much better end product to what will be a lovely new modern kitchen!

Looking forward to getting this over the line and making a massive difference to this home!👌🔨

A nice couple of bedrooms boxed off for this customer just in time for christmas too!👌

First job as always is the prep, in-particular carpet protection, then dustsheeted on top!, better to be safe than sorry👍
Built-in sliding wardrobes, spec chosen by the customer & fitted into these little recesses. Certainly makes for much better storage and ultimately creating more floor space in the rooms, win win!

Stud walls and suspended ceilings done in what is going to be a bathroom showroom.
Late posting this but completed and handed shop back to owner saturday ready for electrics and boarding!

Walls done where customer asked as some walls he didnt want doing, ceilings all braced up to beams above to provide extra support!
Back in the new year to provide some partitions and raised floors for individual displays👍🔨

Been abit quiet on here recently just working away in the back ground.
One from last weekend, getting the finishing touches on a special house refurb, cosy in time for christmas👌

All new internal doors upstairs, MDF panelling to bed wall, MDF casing and door fitted to secret boiler cupboard (acoustic wall panels left to do), new floorboards to replace old damaged ones before carpets, window blinds and curtain rail fitted, laminate flooring throughout downstairs, new skirting&architrive and a patio door threshold to cover up old untidy brickwork underneath!

All while securing more work to get done before christmas. Keep your eyes peeled for those, some built in wardrobes and a shop to refurb👌🔨

Couple of jobs squared up today early finish friday ready for a chilled weekend!

Old unsightly boiler housing ripped out, flush stud wall built to end of chimney breast in bedroom with inset for tv and opening for boiler door. Will all be one flush, smart wall when plastered and finished👌

Then off to fit the handmade gate I made a couple weeks ago, nice to finally get it fitted after having all the bad weather hold me up! Customer over the moon and safe to say im chuffed with the finished product, really neatened up the entrance to the garden 👌
