Full site take at one of our new builds in Dorset.

The existing slab was broken out, oversite dug off to airspace level. Foundations were set out coastalsurveying. A very tricky stepped foundation to dig. Claymaster installed before we pump poured to make it all that much easier.

Groundworks, excavation, foundations, drainage and civils across Dorset, Hampshire and the South Coast.

Golden Fossil Indian sandstone — just in time to catch the last bit of sun. ☀️

Dig out, sub-base prepped & laid in 2 days. With access never being in our favour on domestics, the boys done well to complete this in the time frame given.

Yet again, we are proud even of the smaller jobs. On to the next, make sure you’re tuned in👂🏽

Groundworks package moving at serious pace — 8 weeks ahead of schedule.

Sewer connection still to be tapped in, so the final block is on hold for now… but the time will fly before we’re back to push on the external finishings.
