Groundworks package moving at serious pace — 8 weeks ahead of schedule.

Sewer connection still to be tapped in, so the final block is on hold for now… but the time will fly before we’re back to push on the external finishings.

Final touches 🖊️

This Christchurch garden renovation has come to an end after our client got his garden room installed, ahead of us able to tie all the loose ends.

Our final visit had us completing this additional porcelain path & artificial grass to create the perfect balance between modern style and everyday practicality. 365 days of green grass. No mud, no mowing, no maintenance.

👷‍♂️🧱Here’s a rear extension we have completed recently;

A full groundworks package carried out from start to finish, ensuring the standards are immaculate on every process.

• Site set up and clearance
• Soakaway installation and connections
• Foundations dug and poured
• Internal drainage and utilities installed
• Concrete oversite completed
• All works completed to building control standards

We have handed this over for the next works to be completed, we will be making a return visit to complete a new MDPE water main & to upgrade the sewer.

Another good week here in southbourne on this little extension build.

Tight access doesn’t mean longer time frames, the boys pushing on through and getting it done regardless.

⭐ Foundations, over site and soakaway all undertaken.

Leaving it tidy for .v.brickwork to get us up to DPC.
