Timber frame build coming together nicely on this one. Fully insulated structure going up strong despite taking a hammering from two solid weeks of rain and high speed winds, conditions weren’t easy, but progress never stopped. Roof structure now well underway and starting to show the full shape of the place.

This one’s a special job as well—being built as a home for our boss Sean and his wife Janet. Quality and detail have been key from the start, making sure it’s done right for the long term. Looking forward to getting it dried in and pushing on with the next stages.

A job we literally “wrapped up” today !! (In 40mph winds 🤣)
In a picturesque area we’ve erected an accessible accommodation for visitors at the beautiful Old Trout Farm in St John’s, using the SIP panel method. Big thanks to Sean , Jake and Jacob for their hard work 🙌

The project at Phildraw Road is progressing well, with the primary structural works now in place. The timber roof structure and trusses have been fully erected, forming a solid and accurate framework throughout. Internal partitioning is underway with a combination of timber and metal stud walls installed, clearly defining the layout.

Overall, the build is taking shape efficiently, with key structural and first-fix elements completed and the job moving steadily towards the next phase

🔨 TIMBER FRAME 🔨

A recent job we completed in May, 4 semi-detached houses situated in the heart of Ramsey. This job took roughly 14 working days to complete and was smooth sailing from start to finish.

Job we have just completed today in Surby, using the SIP panel system. This job took roughly 8 weeks from start to finish with a few minor hiccups along the way that kept our brains tested! This house is roughly 5000 square foot. A big girl!
