Turned out looking great. This was a refit on a tight budget so old vanity unit kept and bath tub. Just new taps to bath tub with panelling and new light fitting with a general spruce up for a nice clean crisp look.

So we have lights, power and now plumbing to the understairs W/C. The gas board are booked to relocate the gas meter so we can tidy up the area where the gas pipework is. Toilet and basin now operational. Just some bits of carpentry left and decorating. This will be another one completed!
