Some Highlights from AERO Friedrichshafen 2026.

The team attended the awards. Where the Skyview HDX system was nominated for best glass cockpit.

We welcomed dealers from across Europe to the first group dealer meeting. With their support we will continue to improve the offering of Dynon and Trig products - delivering even higher levels of quality and service.

It was a pleasure to be interviewed by Ed Hicks from , where we discussed the new Dynon Group booth and what it represents for the future of the business, alongside the arrival of the TT23, stand-alone Engine Monitor, and new HDX audio & com capabilities.

Finally, it was fantastic to see aircraft all round the show installed with Trig Avionics & Dynon Skyview HDX - a great reminder of the growing presence of our products in the field.

One of the big panel savings he made, was choosing to replace his old tray mount Transponder with a Trig TT21 Compact Transponder.

The old Transponder weighed in at 4.2lbs, the Trig that replaced it was just 0.9lb. This gave a total saving of 3.3lbs!

Ed said "this wasn't just about weight. It also meant I could fit my right leg under the panel" where the old transponder had previously been hung, blocking his knee.

The super cub is now equipped with both the TT21 Transponder and TY91 Radio, perfectly compact and light weight.
