Edinburgh Reeling

Edinburgh Reeling Learn to spin, twirl and rock 'n' roll to traditional Scottish music with the best Reeling Society in the country!

Reeling is a style of traditional Scottish Country Dance that is a great way to meet new people and is fantastic fun for all whether you're a beginner or are a seasoned reeler. With our weekly practices we will teach you nine of the most popular dances over the course of a year. You'll also get to learn plenty of Rock ‘n’ Roll moves that you can show off on the dancefloor! We usually hold two Bal

ls each year: our Black Tie Ball in November and our White Tie Ball in March which has an Auction of Promises in aid of ABF, The Soldiers’ Charity. Join us for some good old-fashioned fun as we dance 'til dawn!
