We’re First Action Drainage Services, a growing drainage company based in CM22 — and we’re looking for a local, reliable person to help us stay on top of customer payments on a part-time basis.
👉 What you'll do:
• Follow up on unpaid invoices
• Use Xero and similar platforms
• Send reminders & keep our records tidy
👉 What we're looking for:
• Experience with Xero (a must!)
• Great communication & admin skills
• Based locally and able to work from our office

As a Drainage Operative, you’ll be at the heart of keeping homes, businesses, and public spaces running smoothly. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
✅ Carrying out drain cleaning, unblocking, and maintenance
✅ Operating high-pressure water jetting equipment
✅ Conducting CCTV drain surveys
✅ Assisting with repairs and installation of drainage systems
✅ Providing excellent service to customers
