Nipped back to see the end product.... making a real difference to social housing in .

In September we completed one of our biggest projects to date, cutting off 240 number balconies so beautiful new ones can be instated and the cladding replaced on the 4 number 10 story high blocks in Poole Dorset.

The balconies had to be carefully removed cutting up into manageable sections and then down into a goods/personel hoist. Each section was transported on 1/4 tonne sack trucks and carefully stacked into 22 yard roof on roll of skips.

During this project running alongside our other busy projects boasted.....
2,640m or 1.64 miles of sawing Track/Hand.
1,444kg per balcony= 346.593 tonnes of concrete removed in total.
3,840 sections of concrete.
5197.5 man hours

What a beautiful day... spending a site visit with shane in Cornwall, but visiting Will, a budding ethical enthustic contracts manager & Ex employee of Dymacore Ltd Diamond Drilling, Sawing, Robotic Demolition In the South West Dymacore Ltd London & South East. Seeing him progress and develop in his Demolition, construction and civils career has been a real pleasure and a testament to how hard work, professionalism, loyalty and maturity is recognised and appreciated industry-wide.

Oh and the sun was out!

Below, my favourite job photos - 2014, I won a job to drill hundreds of holes on top of these upstands.... simple right ? Nope! narrow, freezing cold, snowing, wind and the worst flu I've ever had... let's just say 1 lemsip per work stint and let's just say the basket served as a high level toilet- it's times like this that show your character, determination, cheerfulness in adversity... blah blah
Both these photos have won photography comps!

Has 2024 been good for you so far? In May Dymacore Ltd Diamond Drilling, Sawing, Robotic Demolition In the South West Dymacore Ltd London & South East flips over into a decade of trading, although not Edward Taylor's first rodio, this is a massive milestone, through what has been a changeable climate, global pandemic, some weird European divorce and the beaver making a comeback.

I'd like to thank everyone who has supported us over the last decade- feel free to share this post as awareness does actually help.

Thank you also to all who have contributed to the growth of this beautiful machine we created, the staff past and present, as you have made it what it is today.

Buisness is a crazy rollercoaster/hamster wheel of death and it takes balls to start one rolling.... but I'm so glad that i took the plunge in 2014 and look forward to the next decade- with my loyal lads and lasses.
