A lovely job for lovely people.always the best kind.
Been an interesting job to come up with ideas & solutions.
one being to remove gable end wall that's attached to a flat roof without removing flat roof with no joists inside to support inner and outer wall, plus then raise roof to allow for same floor height from hallway strait through.
Still an ongoing job but a good one.

I have been in the Building Trade for over 16 years.
I first started off my career in Roofing, working with large Roofing Companies doing various Roofing including Flat/Slate and Metal Roofing. From there I progressed into other Building Trades including Carpentry, Landscaping and General Building.
I have worked in different parts of the world including Australia, Canada, New Zealand learning all different skills along the way and also sharing my knowledge and skills.
Since being back in England I have started my own company Gould Property Development where I have undertaken Big metal Cladding jobs to Extensions and large Rendering jobs.
I like to take pride in my work and spend more time doing quality work. My passion is to find solutions to issues and problem solving, I enjoy going the extra mile; For example when doing Chimney’s I will use Liquid Plastics to coat the top flaunching’s to prevent cracking from the harsh weather.
And when I'm not busy at work I have 2 beautiful sons who I love to spend time with teaching them how to fix things around the house!
