Mylor basement and refurbishment project.

The aim was to make better use of the available space by building an extension with a large basement beneath.

We dug out the basement and constructed a fully tanked living space below, with the extension built above.

The existing bungalow was also fully renovated as part of the project.

This project started with a simple question - how can the space be used better?

By working closely with a local architect and securing planning permission, the original bungalow was replaced with a home designed for modern living.

More space, better layout, and a result that fits both the plot and the surroundings.

A complete transformation for Trelil🏠

Originally a small 1930s bungalow set on a large plot, this project involved full demolition and a complete rebuild in collaboration with a local architect.

The result is a modern four-bedroom family home with a detached double garage, making far better use of the space in one of Mylor Bridge’s most sought-after locations.

We recently completed the interior fit-out for Soul Float Cornwall, a new wellness centre located at Tregoniggie Industrial Estate in Falmouth.

The project involved transforming the unit into a calm and functional space, including a reception area, relaxation lounge, treatment rooms, infrared sauna and specialist float rooms.

Our team carried out the full interior works with tiling supplied and installed by Premier Tiles and Bathrooms throughout the space, helping bring the vision for the centre to life.

Mylor Yacht Harbour men’s changing rooms refurbishment.

Six new shower rooms and new flooring.

The old rooms had suffered water damage so the job has grown a little. 

All first fixed
