This is an installation of 2x Mitsubishi Heavy 6.0kw compact cassette air conditioning systems carried out in a shop with excessive heat effecting the products melting in the store. Once fitted all the shop is a very cool and down to a very workable temperature for all the staff in the building. This system is keeping the shop cool throughout the summer months and warm throughout the winter months

That’s another Mitsubishi ducted system completed by us. This 10kw ducted system was installed in a customers property where there is no gas supply for heating and the customers wanted cooling along with heating and also dehumidify mode for any moisture in the property. This was an ongoing project as we had to wait for the ceilings going in before we could finish all the works necessary. The customer is more than happy with this system and it’s capabilities as they set it too 30 degrees in heating mode and stated it gets all rooms very hot in no time so they had to switch the system too cooling mode and was very surprised how quick it had brought the full property down to 18 degrees, after going through all the controls with the touch screen controller with a he customer they are now confident of working the system now to suite all there needs. This installation covers a living room area and 3 bedrooms in this apartment and the customer stated they wanted to keep the air cycling in all rooms even if they wasn’t being used just to keep that air moving and filtered making clean air throughout there property.

Another one done and dusted. Here we have a returning customer that as already had a Mitsubishi wall mounted system installed by ourselves in there living room area. The customer wanted the best option to cool, heat and dehumidify the whole upstairs of there property and opted for this ducted system with flexi duct to supply cool and heated return air to each room making the areas comfortable all year round no matter what the weather outside. This customer is more than happy with these works and the operation of the system and the working abilities of it. The customer uses this system in cooling, heating, dehumidify and also just in fan mode moving air around the property, this system will be used most days for this customer making life easier and without having to put the central heating on in those colder days and saving money as this a*** energy efficiency system will take over the heating side of things in the property. Busy, busy, busy, Mitsubishi alert
A customer contacted us as advised by several people who know what we do or have used our services and engineers before with the interest of heating and cooling there whole property (bungalow) after a discussion they had the choice of 3x wall mounted A/C systems or or a ducted system, as you can see in the pictures the customer went with the ducted system to keep everything tidy without the need of taking up room on there internal wall’s. This customer now as comfortable air all year round making just being in there property pleasant and easy sleeping on those hot summer evenings. This customer is very happy with the outcome and the temperatures this system is achieving. Another one well done and completed

Here we have a Fujitsu 7.1kw wall mounted system we had a call about. The customer spoke to us and stated that the air conditioning system doesn’t do anything when turned on. On inspection we found all indoor filters was clogged along with the coil so we immediately took actions to clean the filters and flush the indoor coil with specific air conditioning coil cleaner and kept flushing until the drain ran clear, once outside we found the the outdoor unit to be clogged also so we carried out a full deep clean service for maximum air flow throughout, we also checked all the pipework as there was a fluctuation in pressure when we got the system running and found 2 leaks under pressure test and found split flares from being installed originally so we carried out a repair to both these flares and pressure tested, these new flares passed with ease. We also checked the Pipework as it exited the wall to the outside and found a very weird indentation in the liquid line as seen in the picture restricting 40- 50% of the refrigerant gasses flow. We also found the core hole done by the original installer not filled in and being a easy route for water and or insects to get into, we fixed all these issues for the customer that had inherited all of problems. We added the correct amount of R32 refrigerant gas weighed into the manufacture specifications and got this system up and running as good as new or in this case even better than when it was installed by another company but I must express that there is only 2.5m of Pipework on this system and the manufacturer requires 5m minimum for refrigerant flow UNLESS the supplying company that your installation team get there products from agree less and that is on paperwork for your 5 warranty as a customer.
PLEASE be careful who you choose to install your air conditioning systems and please make sure that company as had years of working practice of installations as we keep seeing new installation companies popping up a hell of a lot that have only done a quick course then start to install these high pressure and also flammable systems that can be very dangerous to themselves but more importantly you as a customer, once these companies have installed your system then they have to warranty work it in the event anything happens over the next 5 years and that means gas issues and all electrical components and boards also along with diagnostics of compressors and fan motors and they are the problems that you can’t learn on a short course.

Work in progress, here we have a Mitsubishi Heavy Industry 10kw ducted system installation for a very good returning customer. This system as been installed in the loft area of the property as there is no gas in the building and to ensure the tenants have got heating to all rooms and the hall way with the added benefit of also cooling all areas in those warmer days. Once the new ceiling is in place then the flex quilted ductwork can be installed along with the supply and return air intakes and outlets cycling all the air through the property maximising the efficiency of this system. All these Mitsubishi systems are A+++ energy rated saving money on energy bills and getting the areas to your desired temperature in minimal time sensing the air temperature constantly while turned on to keep you comfortable no matter how cold or hot your living area is. This system is controlled by a fixed touchscreen controller that is to be mounted in the hallway with timer for easy control. These systems will heat, cool, dehumidify and also can be used as a fan only supplying moving air at all times.

This customer wanted to cool and heat the kitchen and dinning room area of there property as this is a very warm single story area and at times make it uncomfortable to be in as the owner is a chef and cooking all the time (best sausage rolls too i might add) so we have installed this 4.5kw Mitsubishi Heavy system to keep them cool in those warmer days but also this system works to 5.0kw in heating mode to keep them warm in those colder days throughout the winter. This system can be also switched over to dehumidify mode to take any moisture out of the air too to maximise the comfortability of your home. These customers where more than happy with this installation and performance of the system in her own words I am in heaven, when we get feedback like this we are truly happy and it means the world to us knowing we have gave the customers exactly what they want and have asked for
