A selection of pictures from a new build we had the pleasure of doing for .andersonbuilders

From erecting the timberframe to manufacturing some pretty impressive finishings, this has been a challenging but fun one!

Just a few of the amazing finishings here-
-A solid oak feature curved wall with oak skirting and a hidden door to the WC. Oak storage units to the inside of the curve with a matching scaled down moulding.
-Feature oak beams/trusses with recessed lighting.
-A curved oak bedroom wardrobe along with headboard and recessed lighting.
-Full length fitted storage units with a "hidden opening" design.

We look to put the disappointment of last weekend behind us as we take on Rattrays XI this Friday night in the Edmond Trophy final.

Old houses are always "fun"! Here we have completely renewed the original 150+year old roof and dormers. A quick turn around was needed for a couple of reasons, one big one being the weather and keeping the rest of the house dry. And the other because this is my folks' house!!
We have been pretty lucky with the weather but a couple of big shifts/late nights by the lads to keep the house covered and dry was very much appreciated!

Hopefully this roof will see out the next 100 years!

We recently installed this Staircase at an ongoing renovation we are doing for SRC Plumb & Build Ltd

This two storey staircase was a bit of a head scratcher, with hidden stringers and curved corners. A continuous curved partition to carry the handrail from the ground floor to the second floor landing. The underside of the stairs has been framed out to follow the contour of the stairs. A lot of thinking and swearing went into this but I'm sure you'll all agree the lads have done a brilliant job! Looking forward to seeing it all plastered and finished. It will be a brilliant focal point of the house when the job is completed!
