Here we have a lovely patio in Monmouth complete using grey promenade 18mm Indian stone slabs. Topsoil removed in to a skip new sub base bought in new aco drains installed to take away surface water. New brick step. This was hard going in the recent heatwave but so glad to be able to get on with these projects. All pointed up with pave tuff jointing compound and handed over to the customer. On too the next.

Its a pretty hectic time at the moment but finally the whether is on our side this nice job in Monmouth is coming on well. Gables are built up stonework and blockwork. steel ridge beam is in place thanks to the hire of a tele handler. Roof has been cut on thanks to Louis cull carpentry for his hard graft . And the building is dry onwards and upwards keep building.

Been a busy week on this job out biddlestone on this outbuilding. parapet slabs all taken off new DPC barrier installed and slabs laid back on with lime mortar areas of stone work re pointed as the old mortar was falling out new lead flashing on corner of building. No more water coming in. On to the next.

So here we go another extension under way on a out building out wonastow abit behind schedule due to the constant rain. but this week has been sunny and we have really cracked on pleased with how it’s looking so stone has been cropped on site new foundations nice stone work with brick corners and blockwork is coming on nice ready for a complete new roof to go on. More pics to follow keep on laying living the dream.

Block paving and landscaping job complete now in Monmouth customer is very happy with the finished project extra parking can now fit 4 cars on the drive new circle planter built and low maintenance area with fresh gravel.

Block paving driveway coming on well in Monmouth grass garden dug out and soil taken away aco drains are in to take away surface water away sub base compacted new driveway edgings concreted in and block paving is going down nicely more pics to follow soon.

And another job wrapped up in milkwall coleford customer had a lot of damp and water coming through house wall as the Naighbor’s drive is higher up and surface water had no where to go but through the old stone walls. Excavated out a trench put in a french drain with clean stone and new land drain pipe. Tanked the stone wall with k9 tanking slurry. Took down old brick walls that had a hazel tree root pushing it out built new retaining wall with drainage behind. Happy customer. Pleased with the finished project.

Hooray got this beauty of a landscaping job finished up today at the hendre Monmouth. New block retaining walls nice curve wall. new set of steps using reclaimed bricks to match the cottage 22 mm Indian sand stone slabs laid very happy with finished project. Over to the customer to stone clad walls and put joining compound in. On to the next.
