First floor extension built to wall plate ready to receive new roof. Customer decided to build on-top of a previous extension so it was flat roof stripped off. Lintel above bifolds needed upgrading and new joists and flooring to match the internal floor levels then build up.

Nice little 2 day job completed out in Appleby for a couple doing a full property renovation.
Wall out between the kitchen/ diner bit with the beam sunk into the ceiling timbers to enable flush ceilings through. New concrete lintel above the window to carry the steel and external lintel fitted also

Update on May’s project. Extension built and almost roofed in (awaiting velux’s). Internals started with existing kitchen removed, ceilings down and old wooden floor taking up and replaced with insulation and solid floor. Next weeks job steels in 💪
