Where did all that extra floor space come from? 👀

Another mezzanine completed, and this one has made a huge difference to the customer's busy workshop.

The new floor provides a large additional working/storage area above, while allowing the customer to continue using the space underneath.

A good example of what can be achieved when a mezzanine is designed around an existing workspace.

Securing a Glasgow City Centre Property 🔒

A slightly different project for us in Glasgow.

We were asked to provide a solution to secure the rear of residential properties just off Sauchiehall Street.

The area had been experiencing ongoing issues with unauthorised access and anti-social behaviour, including loitering, drug use etc.

Our solution was to manufacture and install new security fencing and access gate.

The new steelwork was designed to secure the access routes while still allowing controlled entry for residents and authorised personnel.

Powder coated to the customers requirement.

When customers keep coming back, you know you're doing something right.

There's nothing better than a customer coming back to you again.

We've just completed this mezzanine floor for one of our laboratory specialist customers, and this is now the third project we've carried out for them across different locations.

It's good to know they're happy enough with the service we've provided to keep trusting us with their projects.

This installation has created valuable extra storage space within their existing building and includes a staircase, handrails and pallet gate, all designed, manufactured and installed by our team.

Not every mezzanine floor we build ends with a fireman's pole... 👀

This mezzanine floor was manufactured and delivered for one of our valued trade customers.

The mezzanine has transformed the unused space in this farmer's shed and will soon be fitted out as a bar and entertainment area.

But there was one request we don't get every day...A fireman's pole! 🔥

It's definitely one of the more unusual requests we've been asked for, but it adds a bit of fun and makes the space completely unique.

When there isn't an access....we build one

One of our latest completed projects in Glasgow's West End.

Our customer required safe access from pavement level down to their basement. We designed, manufactured and installed a bespoke steel staircase and access platform, complete with gate and handrails.

The gate was fabricated utilising the existing cast iron railings.

A key part of this project was ensuring the new steelwork complemented the existing Victorian cast iron railings, creating a practical access solution without looking out of place.

Staircase was Galvanised and coated black to blend in with the existing railings.

Whether it's structural steelwork, staircases or bespoke fabrication, every project is built to suit the customer's budget and requirements.
