Project Completion for UK’s Premier Country Fashion Retailer in Perthshire

We recently completed a project for the UK’s premier country fashion retailer, based in Perthshire. Our team designed and installed a 3-tier shelving system to maximise storage in a newly constructed warehouse and support business growth

Ground Floor
Consists of 399 bays of shelving, Integrated 2 tunnel bays and adjustable hanging rails across all bays for maximum flexibility.

First Floor
Consists of 393 bays of shelving, added galvanised metal open grid flooring for walkways, ensuring sturdy access across the system.
Ensured safety with kick plates and 1 Up and Over Pallet Gate allowing product to be safely loaded onto storage level.

Second Floor
Consists of 393 bays of shelving, galvanised metal open grid flooring and
1 Up and Over Pallet Gate for efficient product handling.

Our Latest Project for a Leading AV Integrator in Dundee! 🌟

We delivered a comprehensive interior fit-out and storage solution installation for a leading AV integrator’s new depot in Dundee

Project Highlights:

Reception Area: We constructed a reception area with large windows to create a bright and welcoming space. The area is decorated in the company's vibrant colors, setting a professional and positive tone right at the entrance.

Build Room: We designed a dedicated area for assembling AV solutions, ensuring a smooth workflow and maintaining high standards of quality. This space is crucial for the efficient assembly and preparation of products for shipment.

Open-Plan Office: The open-plan office area was created at the rear of the warehouse with new windows added that bring in plenty of natural light, creating a bright and airy work environment. A stylish feature wall in the newly constructed toilet and storage area adds a contemporary touch and enhances the overall appeal of the space.

Manager’s Office: We also created a dedicated office for the manager, complete with a window that provides natural light and a view of the operational areas.

Complete Electrical and Plumbing Work: Our comprehensive solution included all necessary electrical and plumbing installations, ensuring that the new depot is fully functional and meets all safety and operational standards.

Warehouse Storage Solutions: In the main warehouse, we installed a pallet racking systems for efficient stock storage. We included anti-collapse mesh on the rear of one racking run creating a safe walkway for staff to the office area. Also installed was a secure mesh cage around the roller shutter door for additional security during deliveries.

Our recent pallet racking installation for the longest-established manufacturer of woven sacks and bulk bags in the UK.

🏗️ Increased Capacity: This pallet racking solution created an additional 536 pallet storage capacity

Excited to showcase our latest project – a mezzanine floor installation for a dynamic fulfilment
company aiming to help eCommerce businesses grow sustainably. 📦

🏗️ Optimising Space: Our team worked closely with the client, considering workflows and material
handling equipment usage, agreeing on an ‘L’ shape mezzanine floor providing a dedicated passage,
allowing forklift trucks smooth access to the loading bay.
Result? An additional 900 sq. m. of floor space, maximising efficiency without compromising
functionality!

💼Customer Collaboration: Collaborating with our client, we tailored the mezzanine floor to align
seamlessly with their operational needs, ensuring a bespoke solution that integrates seamlessly with
their existing processes.

🔁Conveyor: Boosting productivity, a strategically placed conveyor runs from the mezzanine storage
area to the ground-level packing zone, streamlining the fulfilment process from storage to shipping.

🏗️ Maximizing Heights: Maximising available height and creating additional storage space. This bespoke solution aligns with our client's need for efficient and flexible storage to keep up with their remarkable year-on-year growth.

🌟 Storage on Storage: New shelving was installed on the first tier providing a 'multi use' tier. This area will be used to unpack deliveries, load into existing tiered shelving to the rear and used as additional/overflow storage within the shelving.

📊 Space Optimization: Every inch matters in a fulfilment centre, and our installation is designed for optimal space utilisation without compromising accessibility or functionality.
