🏡 Before & After: Staircase Transformation! ✨

Here’s a project we recently completed for a client whose staircase area needed some serious attention. The old roughcast was cracked, loose, and falling apart, but with a bit of work, we’ve given it a whole new lease of life!

✔️ Removed all the damaged roughcast.
✔️ Primed with SBR and applied a strong base coat with scrim mesh for added reinforcement.
✔️ Finished with a fresh new layer of roughcast to match and enhance the look of the property.

The result speaks for itself – not just a big improvement visually but a durable finish that’ll last for years to come. 💪

✨ Before & After Transformation! ✨

Throwing it back to a job we're proud of! This unit originally had an old, roughcast finish over brick. We completely revamped it to give it a fresh, modern look:

✅ Removed the Roughcast - Took off the outdated, rough surface. ✅ Brushed the Walls - Cleaned off all dust and debris to get a smooth surface. ✅ Primed with Bonding - Added a bonding primer for a solid base. ✅ Scrimmed with Mesh - Reinforced for extra strength and stability. ✅ Finished with a Top Coat - Topped it off with a sleek, clean finish.

Check out these two beautiful homes we recently had the pleasure of working on. We handled the wet casting, and the client requested smooth bands around every window—a small detail that really made a huge difference! 😍

The smooth finish around the windows adds a modern and clean look to the exterior, giving the homes a polished and refined feel. We're super proud of how it all turned out! 💪

✨ Check out this stunning exterior transformation! ✨

We’ve just wrapped up a fantastic project where our client wanted to freshen up the look of their home’s exterior. 🏡

The old roughcast was starting to show its age, so we stepped in to give the house a complete facelift. The difference is incredible! 🙌

🔨 What we did:

Removed the old roughcast and applied a fresh, sleek new finish.
Ensured top-quality results with weather-resistant materials, perfect for Scottish weather! 🌧️
Worked carefully with scaffolding to complete the job safely and efficiently.
Now the house looks brand new, and our client couldn’t be happier with the result. 😊
