🚽 Another Leaking Cistern Replaced & Upgraded! 🔧

This customer was dealing with an old leaking concealed cistern that had started causing ongoing problems, including water coming down the kitchen ceiling below and deterioration around the unit.
After removing the old faulty cistern, we supplied and fitted a brand-new modern replacement, ensuring everything was watertight, efficient, and working as it should ✅

What was done:

✔️ Removed the old leaking concealed cistern
✔️ Installed a new cistern and flush mechanism
✔️ Checked all inlet and outlet connections for leaks
✔️ Tested operation and adjusted flush settings
✔️ Left the customer with a reliable, water-efficient toilet

we just replaced an older Triton shower with a brand-new Triton T80 Easi-Fit 9.5kW electric shower.

As with all electric shower installations, the unit was properly commissioned to ensure everything was operating correctly and to help prevent premature PRD (Pressure Relief Device) activation. The new shower is now running perfectly and ready for use.

This was a full swap-over, with both the plumbing and electrical work carried out by us to ensure a safe and professional installation from start to finish.

Here is an emergency we recently carried out!

We were in disbelief once the customer told us about the situation they were left in after having their bathroom completely redone.

They had to keep their full water supply SHUT OFF as this broken bar mixer was fitted, causing a lot of water to pass through and in turn filling up their bath and water building up on the floor.

We got to them as soon as we could and changed over the bar mixer for them and, as always, tested for any leaks!
