This project has been transformed into a much more comfortable and usable space, with a raised floor installed to improve insulation and significantly enhance heat retention.

A solid upgrade that turns an underused garage into a warm, practical area for everyday use.

Garage conversion well underway 🔨

The existing garage door has been sealed to ensure a fully watertight structure, with new walls constructed and insulated using rigid board insulation for improved thermal performance. A small attic area has also been insulated and floored to provide additional storage.

Next stages include second fix electrics and plastering, along with a raised, insulated floor to further enhance heat retention within the space.

Looking forward to seeing this one fully finished.

Garage conversion completed 🔨

The old garage doors were sealed and covered, a floating floor installed, and the walls fully insulated with 100mm Kingspan and a vapour barrier to massively improve heat retention.

Now a much warmer, more energy-efficient space — just awaiting plaster to finish it off.

Really enjoyed being part of this one 👌

We recently completed the renewal of a previously condemned balcony, bringing it back up to a safe, solid, and usable standard. From stripping it back to rebuilding it properly, it was a great project to work on and one we’re proud of the end result
