🏠 🧱 structural alterations / structural remedial work

📍 Glasgow west end

RHB.. As the temperature dropped, the team kicked off a structural remedial project carried out on an impressive ground floor flat in glasgows' west end. Existing walls have bowed due to foundation issues. Works in this include installing an unishore propping system, removing the existing wall, installing a concrete foundation, and building a new 9-inch wall in place of the existing in two areas of the property.... progress photos to follow.

Recent remedial work for a commercial contract. The building was showing signs of movement within the brickwork, Substantial cracks around the property. We stripped the areas back to the steel, for the surveyors and engineers to have a better look. We then re built part of the brickwork columns surrounding the steel.
