Hi Everyone,

First of all we would like to wish all our friends and customers a very Happy New Year.

As things stand, funding is a bit all over the place at the moment as the Government decided to scrap ECO funding in their latest budget. This will come into effect at the end of March (with the possibility of an extension until the end of the year, to be announced - However we have no idea)

The Warm Homes Plan is to be implemented instead of ECO funding but, despite the Government promising an announcement on this in December, we are still waiting after this was delayed.

However, we DO currently have access to funding for heating, insulation and solar panels in stone-built properties.

We are also able to access funding for free loft top-ups and cavity wall insulation, regardless of build of property.

Please don’t hesistate to get in touch if this is something that would benefit your home as the funding won’t be there forever.

Hi folks, just a little bit of advice as we’re now in the colder months !!

Make sure your external pipework is in good condition to protect the pipes from freezing.

If your boiler condensate pipe becomes frozen, this can stop your boiler working and potentially leave you without heating, cold water and unable to cook !! ❄️🥶

We had a customer in East Dunbartonshire get in touch with us after being left with no option but to replace her older boiler as the family had no heating or hot water - she wanted to check she would be eligible for ECO4 before forking out money on a brand new gas boiler!

Luckily she was eligible and we managed to qualify her and get the boiler replaced fully funded through ECO4 alongside upgrades to her radiators and a new control system to go with her Gas Boiler - All without a penny being spent.

If your hesitant about ECO or GBIS and/or just assume it’s a waste of time - DON’T, just get in touch as this may be something your entitled too.

Hi folks,

To all homeowners and private tenants all over Scotland, we aim to upgrade your homes with:

Air Source Heat Pumps

If you own or privately rent your home and receive any type of benefit, you could be eligible for these upgrades fully funded through current government-backed schemes.

After working in ECO, I decided to start KPC Consultancy in order to use the funding we have access too, to help homeowners improve the energy efficiency of their homes that would usually cost thousands of pounds.
